Laying in 350 feet of water, off Point Loma, is a 60' yacht. This wreck is in very good condition and is sitting upright and intact on the bottom, but given the type and construction of the wreck it will not be long before it starts to disintegrate. Right now the wreck does not have much life on it but give it a couple years and it will be a teeming reef in the middle of a "desert". Strong currents are common in the area so plan accordingly as the hang will inevitably be a long one.
